All items being returned must obtain a
return authorization number from the manufacturer and prior to
being shipped back. Non-Defective returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Shipping charges must be pre-paid
otherwise shipments will be refused.
All items will be inspected to insure the
product is not damaged prior to issuing credit.
Once approved, the credit card will be
credited the cost of the item excluding any re-stocking fees and the original outbound shipping charges.

Warranty:
We at A2ZSportsnRV take great pride in offering great reliable products to our
customers. Should a defect arise with one of your purchased items we will be more than
glad to give you the manufacturer’s telephone number and contact person. We will also contact and forward a copy of your proof of purchase to the manufacturer.
All products which offer a manufactures warranty are valid through the manufacturer directly. They honor their warranties from the original date of purchase through the lifetime of the warranty.
Products exchanged under warranty are still subject to the original date of purchase. Warranties do not start over at each new replacement.
