99% of our merchandise purchased are shipped directly from the manufacturers within 24 to 48 hours (holidays & weekends excluded) from the time the order is processed. We will contact you via e-mail within the same time frame should there be any shipping delays or backorders.

Transit Time: We use manufacturers that are located in Southern California and Washington, so transit times to you will vary by your location. Depending on the items ordered; the orders are drop shipped via UPS, FedEx or via US Postal Service. After the orders are processed normal transit times are as:

West Coast: 1-3 Business Days from date of shipment

Mid West & South: 2-4 Business Days from date of shipment

East Coast: 4-5 Business Days from date of shipment

To our US Postal P.O. Box holders: FedEx and UPS will not deliver to US Postal P.O. Boxes (privately owned are ok) or APO Addresses.

Will Calls: Please call us to make "Will Call" arrangements and/or to check inventory availability. Once "Will Call" arrangements have been made the manufacturer will contact you directly when the order is ready for pick up.

Sales Tax: All orders placed within the State of Washington are subject to Washington's State Sales Tax.

Payment Methods: Payments accepted in US funds by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or PayPal. Wanting to pay by check? Please mail your check in with a completed print out of the order form. Checks must be made out to A2Z Sports N RV. All checks must clear before products are shipped out. Back Orders: All orders will be shipped as complete. Should an item be on factory backorder we will contact you by e-mail to notify you of an estimated date of availability. The back ordered item will ship upon availability.
